Under the direction of the Nakhgin Avak Sbarabed Dr. Dennis R. Papazian, the National Recruiting Program is comprised of recruiting best practices from lodges across the country organized in the framework of a comprehensive program. The National Recruiting Program is led by a Recruiting Director who will work through Grand District Representatives to implement and track progress of lodge recruiting plans.
